More On The Swing



Yo Yo Gireviks, Here's another swing tutorial from RKC Team Leader Delaine Ross. This vid was shot in her gym in Atlanta, the spot were in received my HKC cert ( took an ass whoopin' right there where she is standing:)). This tutorial is excellent, cause Delaine is all that!!! Check it out as I be posting some basic swing workouts for your enjoyment. Zog

    1. Right back at ya, Baby Bro. What do you suggest in terms of starting? A bout with plantar fasciitis and a torn retina that temporarily obscured my vision (still not totally resolved) left me sedentary and depressed. I had been going to 4 classes a week at a little tiny gym prior to that. Would rather train at home. I have 2 bells, 10 and 15 lbs. because I'm old and a weenie, plus the Providence workout.

  5. Just kidding , the swing has so many sutble parts we can all use teaching and practice. Kettlebells are where martial arts meet strength training. Strength is a skill!!!Your not training, your practicing.Z
