1600 - 1730 , Mow the Beast , Sweat Fest
1730 - 1830 , Foam Roller & Mobility
                      15 Minutes of 30 on , 30 off KB Swings 45 lb. Bell
                      Stretch out , Decompression , Inversion

  1. Whoa youre on the SUP again? I over SUPd with 5 days on at 41 Lairding, with 2 or 3 days added in on skip or mini simmons, w/o sufficient roller or pain ball time. Result pulled lower lat left side. missed Weds. lesson learned. Enjoying the exploits

  2. Not too sore. Guess heavy rope, KB and conditioning floggings working on prevenative side. Now just gotta deal with 3 days of toting slugs and a lot of riding.

  3. I need a mobilty band for the girls for assisted pull ups, suggestions on where to buy other than Rouge? I imagine the daily beatings and mobility work has paid off, my pain balls seems to wander off with all the lil hands in the home.
